Streetsense's Food & Beverage team spearheaded a full re-concept of the Sheraton San Diego's restaurant outlets, defining the themes and offerings for a café, gastropub, juice bar, game room, and pool bar. Brand was tasked with solidifying these concepts with the development of names, logos, and visual expressions. This work culminated in the creation of pitch decks that fully communicate the vision of each outlet for the client to share with outside investors. 

Strada Café & Market is an all-day outlet carrying items such as specialty coffee, grab-and-go sandwiches, and gelato. Since the hotel is frequently a destination for conferences and meetings, many hotel guests don't have the opportunity to explore the city. For this reason, our team wanted to bring the feel of San Diego's Little Italy into the space.
